Cancellation policy

Pre-order Policy

Some products are offered on pre-order while they are on their way to our warehouse. These products show a Pre-order notice with an estimated shipping date (for example "Ships in Mid November").

• Payment: pre-orders are paid when the order is placed, or according to your approved payment terms.
• Shipping: pre-order items ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Dates are estimates and can change; we will let you know about any significant delay.
• Mixed orders: in-stock items in the same order may ship separately.
• Cancellation: you can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund or credit by emailing orders@freddotoys.com. Once shipped, our Returns & Warranty Policy applies.
